Location, excellent for beach, nightlife and shopping. The swimming pools are very pleasant and often very quiet. Rooms are large and light. Cleaning staff are excellent. Restaurant area is good with excellent breakfast choices as well as lunch and evening meals.

Sometimes other guests can be noisy in the corridors. There doesn't seem much sound proofing between rooms, so you can be unlucky if another guest in a room next to you is noisy.

Quadruple room was big and room was clean and right in the center of town but beware if going for any activity you will be picked up first and dropped last

The breakfast spread was not good. The quality of juices they had was poor, coffee provided only if asked.

Really nice rooms and good standard of accommodation in a good location. Room was large as was the bathroom which included a bath. Bed was comfortable and huge and the bed linen was very good.

No balcony in the room we had. Availably TV channels were quite limited. Prices in Patong have really escalated this year and have more than doubled when compared to this time last year. Patong itslef is crowded and busy and transport prices remain exorbitant as they have been for many years. Traffic is very busy.

Got a free upgrade to a large room with breakfast. Location very good. Bed comfortable with good linen. Would happily go back so long as the room rate is comparable.

Wanted to print some documents but no facilities to allow me to do so. Bit disappointed with that.

A little loud. Breakfast limited. There was maintenance happening on the roof pool, so not so comfortable to use. Some areas needed cleaning.

This is a great place to stay considered the current deal offered (6700 to 4500ish baht, with room upgrade and breakfast included with genius benefits). My husband picked this place as it's located close to 2 shopping centers, Jungceylon and Central Plaza. In the worst case that no food restaurants are opening, at least we won't starve to death there. XD. The twin room is quite spacious. Clean beds, each bed with 2 pillows, 1 soft and 1 hard. The room was equipped 1 shower and 1 bathtub with basic toiletries included. The cleanliness was almost excellent, save for a bit of dust in the corners. Pool towels, bath gowns, sandals and umbrellas were also provided in the closet. The staff had a nice and accommodating attitude. Checking in and out was processed very quickly. The breakfast was great and tasty, Since there weren't many guests during our stay, the breakfast was made in the same manner as a la carte plates, but you can order as many plate as you want to. You can even order everything they have on the breakfast menu with no additional charges. (Yup, that's an all you can eat breakfast, but served plate by plate.) The airport shuttle may seemed costly at first, but considered that you will have the driver waiting for you right off the airport and will take you directly to the hotel via a 45 minutes drive through an unfamiliar route (which included driving through the mountain) to the hotel's doorsteps, the hotel shuttle service could be considered cheap.

- With the nearby bazaar, shops and bars mostly closed as the results from the previous COVID-19, the vicinity ended up pretty dark at night. If you're travelling alone, I would suggest you return to the hotel before 7 PM since the hotel is located at the middle of the alley. - If you're visiting during the rainy season or the monsoon hadn't pass, wear fast drying sandals or waterproof boots. The water level in the soi after the heavy rain can easily drown your sneakers or sports shoes. Note that water repelling sprays won't work against getting soaked or drowned. - The hotel need to check their ventilation system a bit. Some chlorine gas got into the bathroom's fan during the pool maintenance and we had to close the bathroom for a few hours, waiting for it to go away.

Good breakfast, not very varied but is ok. Hotel and, rooms are very clean.The lady who cleans, made a great job . The hotel staff is very friendly.Nice place to stay, Close to the Bangla road, about 7 min. to walk to the beach, close to the Jungceylon, and Central.

Behind the hotel were a lot of bars where the music plays untill 5 or 6 in the morning.A lot of noise, if you want to sleep is difficult to do .
